Almondbury Community School is an ‘all-through’ school offering a unique learning experience for pupils from Nursery to Year 11. An ‘all-through’ school creates opportunities for sharing expertise across all age ranges. Our school is in a Super Output area for deprivation in  Huddersfield but it offers unique opportunities for home and school to work in partnership, sharing the excitement of early days in Reception through to the celebration of success at the end of Year 11!

What do you want?

We would like to buy Exam Reader E Pens, detachable laptops and some HD visualisers.

Who is this for?

This is for the whole school across the different age groups.

Why do you want it?

E Pens : for children in KS4 with visual impairments and for children with dyslexia.

HD Visualisers : to help children in KS2 to collaborate in the classroom and to communicate with their peers and teachers more effectively.

Detachable Laptops : to support the young children in KS1 so they can use them to take photos and record things - basic project work. These can be used both inside and outside classrooms and are ideal for group work and to engage children.

2 x Exam Reader E Pens @ £228.00 each = £466.80 (inc £10.80 delivery)

12 x HD Visualisers @ £42.79 each = £513.48

3 x Detachable laptops @ £199.99 each = £600.00 (inc £3.00 delivery)

Total: £1,580.28

Credit card fees (2%): £31.61

Grand total: £1,611.89
