We are raising money for our dissertation film costs.
Mohammad Zaidi and Sinai Noor, two MA filmmaking students are working on our dissertation film. Three other recenetly graduated BA students are joining them for this project.
We are working on BFI archive - Refuge England film (story of a Hungarian refugee in 1959) - we are trying to show the similarities with an Iranian refugee in 2020.
Our passion is to show similarities, diffrences and concerns of a refugee in 2020 and some how comparing it with the film that was made by BFI in 1959! We think this project tries to show and say that we are all human beings at the end of the day, no matter what social labels we carry!
We chose Refuge England film as our refrence becuase we care about the message that we are trying to send, also our cast and crew are so diverse as well.
As we are worknig on our dissertation film - this project is so important to us, as it's some how going to be our Master's protfolio at KSA. Also we are so keen about the message that we are trying to send, and your donation will defienilty have a great impact on the quality of our production.
