We need to raise £1500 for our end of year show at the Duncairn Centre for Arts and Culture in May 2019. This will help us to deliver and promote the exhibition, providing us with experience of organising an exhibition in a prestigious external venue.
We are second year students on the BA Hons Ceramics, Jewellery and Silversmithing course at Ulster University. We have made a range of site-specific work relating to the Duncairn and its environment.
As students, we strive to further our skills in our chosen specialties. We are participating in a project where we will be making work specifically to exhibit at the Duncairn. Our aim is to promote our exhibition to the public, while also raising awareness of the amazing facilities offered at the Duncairn. Each student is creating a unique piece or series of works for the exhibition focusing on the Duncairn, its history, architecture, and its community.
