Victor Ceserani a keen advocate of developing the minds and talents of young students, worked tirelessly to promote the Hospitality Industry as a worthwhile and rewarding career choice. His passion and understanding of vocational skills education and concern for attracting students to the Hospitality Industry allowed him to be widely referred to as “one of the UK's most inspirational catering educators” and is still much respected by the industry
David Foskett "To be human is to be Hospitable and to give generously to make a difference"
A dynamic team of diverse professional backgrounds have come together to encourage both education and industry to come together and support the future talent of the Hospitality Industry. They include:
The Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit have had a huge impact on the Hospitality industry and Hospitality Education destabilising businesses, the financial security of families and the already challenging issue of student recruitment into the Industry.
The effects include loss of jobs and income which unfortunately has hindered the ability for many students to study or purchase essential equipment for their chosen hospitality courses and has lead to the increase of the number of applicants asking about assistance with funding and the number will continue to rise over the coming months, so we need your help!
A personal friend and mentor to many still currently working in the industry, he has inspired many of our industry leaders and The Victor Ceserani Student Memorial Scholarship has been set up to ensure his legacy lives on through students benefiting from financial assistance.
Your contribution to The Victor Ceserani Student Memorial Scholarship will help students take their first step towards a fulfilling career in the Hospitality Industry by overcoming the challenges faced in paying fees or for uniform and equipment that has resulted due to the current situation.
The main purpose is to provide financial assistance in the form of either full or part bursaries of up to £2000 to students accepted on recognised Hospitality courses in the UK to go towards fees or equipment for students facing some financial difficulties.
Joanna Aunon " Let's show our passion for helping young people, from all backgrounds, to progress in this incredible industry. I encourage everyone to get involved and make a difference to a young person's career!

(although we are very grateful for what you can give!) Please share this project with anyone you think would support us – on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, by email, telephone, in a chat over the fence or on your blog. In fact, share it with everyone you know as we think it's a great idea, and the more people who know about it, the more likely we are to make this work out brilliantly.
