Number of students that will benefit: 388
Age of students: 3-11
Percentage eligible for free school meals: 46.0%
We are a primary school based in Bridge of Allan, on the outskirts of Stirling. We currently have 388 pupils from ages 3 - 11 within our nursery and 13 primary classes.
What are we doing?
Our pupils have very limited access to technology and we realise that this must change.
We are currently working with our pupils and Parent Council to redesign our school library. We really want this to be a state of the art library facility with access to the very best technology for our children. We would love to have a Digital Zone area within our library which can be accessed by pupils throughout the school day. This Digital Zone would also allow us to run digital-based lunchtime and after school clubs, helping to enhance the digital skills of our pupils.
What would we like?
We would love to be able to buy at least 4 iPads for our Digital Zone. Any additional money raised will be put towards Chromebooks and a green screen.
We would love to reach our target which would allow us to purchase the following digital equipment for our Digital Zone:
Subtotal: £1356
Credit card fees (2%): £27.12
Grand total: £1383.12
