Around this time last year I launched my #chapter21 campaign to raise £10,000 in 21 days for my Masters degree in African Studies at Oxford. I never imagined that I would be able to raise the exact figure I needed to cover not only my fees but my accommodation and living costs - £21,000. I will forever be grateful to everyone who supported, contributed and believed in me. You made my dream a reality.
Oxford was such an amazing experience. It was honestly one of the hardest things I have ever done and it's only by God's grace that I made it. I've some of the most amazing people and have made life-long transnational friendships. I learnt so much not just academically but also so much about myself.
Thank you to my amazing family and closest friends who have supported me from day one. Above all glory to God, who is always faithful, always good.
22 with a Masters degree from Oxford. I've got dreams, I've got plans. We did this.
Continue to chase your dreams, all things are possible.
