We are an aspirational primary school in Ferndale, South Wales, which strives to develop ambitious capable learners ready to learn throughout their lives. Our vision is to nurture healthy, confident individuals who are ready to lead fulfilling lives as valued members of society.

What do you want?

We love to further support and engage our learners through using robotic kits and developing STEM throughout our curriculum.

Who is this for?

This will benefit the whole school! The Code-a-Pillar robots will primarily be used by Nursery, Reception and Year 1. The WeDo kits will ensure progression from Years 2-5 and the EV3 kits will provide Year 6 pupils the opportunity to develop more complex coding and STEM projects.

Why do you want it?

We believe that it is so important for learners to experience STEM and coding from an early age. Robotic kits and stem resources will allow our learners to develop computational thinking in a unique and engaging way.
