At Hadleigh we understand the importance of learning: it is central to all we do. We expect our pupils to gain greater independence by providing the challenging learning experiences which empower them to be actively involved in their own learning, reflect on what they have learned and manage their work successfully. Developing our young people's confidence ensures they embrace opportunities to think creatively, engage with new ideas and develop the strong interpersonal skills which will be valued in their adult lives. We want our pupils to celebrate diversity and be prepared to contribute positively to life in modern Britain and beyond. In summary, our community view our purpose as:
Learning and growing together; each playing our part in changing the world for the better.
