My name is Rhys Belcher, i am a Collingwood first year student studying a BA in History, i am undertaking this challenge with two other Collingwood first years.
I am climbing Kilimanjaro on behalf of the charity, the funds i am raising are contributing towards the vital work the charity are doing. The charity are performing the vital task of providing clean water and sanitation facilities to the 8 out of 10 in East Africa who are without it, this is so vitally important as the basic provision of a resource such as water is something that we take for granted and should not be unavailable to anyone. By donating to this cause you will be supporting the charity in changing peoples' lives for the better by the availability of that most basic resource that is water.
The donations will go towards helping me with my personal costs incurred by the travel and trip, which involves the use of the ethical porters program whereby the local staff employed on the trip are paid a fair and ethical wage as well as further support for their wider families and communities.
I can provide extensive reports and photographic items of the trip. I would like to thank you in advance for any support you can give me.
Select this reward if you just want to donate to the project without receiving a reward.
