Kingston University Watersports Club is looking for funding to help their members get certified and take their RYA Dinghy Level 1 and Powerboating course. This will help reduce the costs for students looking to get their basic sailing qualifications and help us subsidize those in financial need. 

Dinghy Level 1 will allow the students to independently take out the club boats at Thames Sailing Club and bring them a step towards a qualification which will allow them to charter vessels around the UK. The powerboat course will allow students to drive the powerboats and act as Safety Officers at races. 

We are looking to help fund around 12 certifications this summer and fall. These funds will go towards these certifications and get students out on the water.
