Nothing speaks more to the Law School’s long-standing dedication to student-centered legal education than our clinics. Learning and working in a clinic gives our students tools to be practice ready when they graduate.  Plus, clinics provide a tremendous service to the greater community—in Springfield, across the nation, and around the world.  Our clinical students help real people in need, and make the Western New England community proud.

Every gift, of any amount, helps the Law School support the amazing work of our clinics, so consider what your contribution can do:

$25 supports students help a struggling artist get copyright protection

$50 helps students provide legal representation to indigent tenants seeking to enforce their rights to safe and habitable housing

$100 enables students to work with victims of crime and members of law enforcement to ensure that the community stays safe for all citizens

$250 supports students helping low income entrepreneurs get a trademark registration and start their intellectual property portfolio

$500 supports students safeguarding the rights of indigent clients in criminal proceedings

$1,000 helps students provide representation for refugees fleeing persecution, and promote legislative reform to advance transnational corporate accountability for human rights abuses.

Let’s work together to reach our goal and support our students who are engaged in terrific work, and who are learning to be the successful, thoughtful, and agile lawyers that the 21st century demands.

Western New University School of Law focuses on student-centered professional education and our nine clinics play a key role in that mission.  Our clinical line-up includes: Criminal Prosecution Clinic, Criminal Defense Practicum, Elder Law Clinic, Family Law Mediation Clinic, Immigration Clinic, International Human Rights Clinic, Legal Services Clinic, Real Estate Practicum, and the Small Business Clinic.
