Who we are

Never Drawn is a student-led collective for showcasing the works of talented student artists. This is achieved through hosting exhibitions to promote the artists.

Our aim for setting up this collective is to not only promote them, but to also connect them with students from various universities. We believe by collaborating with students from a mix of artistic backgrounds, we can all learn from one another and inspire new ideas. With your help, we can turn this vision into reality.

Our Goal

We are launching our first cross-university arts exhibition. The three-day exhibition, titled Unearthly Synthesis, explores conflicting and emotional themes such as utopia, dystopia, the uncanny and ethereal.

Set in the dilapidated backdrop of Asylum Gallery - the bombed in Caroline Gardens Chapel turned art space - these works set out to challenge and awaken one’s senses, in turn providing an enchanting and surreal experience.

We will be presenting the works of 15 amazing artists from University of the Arts London, Goldsmith’s and De Montfort University. Each of these individuals come from a diverse range of disciplines such as illustration, fine art, graphic design, performance art and photography.

Why do we need funding?

Your help and contribution will enable us to support these young artists and to raise awareness for our exhibition. We would like to reach out to as many people as possible, and with your help we will be able to print publicity material and ease our setup and art material expenses for the students who have worked so hard for this show.

How you can help

This exhibition takes place from the 28th of May, and it is entirely free to the public. By donating to our cause, you will be supporting the hard work of these brilliant young artists, and enable us to create a fantastic art event.

We greatly appreciate any support you can give, and we look forward to seeing you at the event!
