Leos Ensemble is proud to present the first US production of small hours by Lucy Kirkwood and Ed Hime to the Festival of Independent Theatres in Dallas, Texas and we need your help!
In small hours, a woman spends the night in an apartment while her baby sleeps fitfully in the next room. Her husband is away and she can’t sleep. She watches TV. She eats chocolate. She vacuums. Ed Hime and Lucy Kirkwood’s haunting play explores ideas about failure, loss, motherhood, and depression, and pushes the boundaries of storytelling in contemporary theatre.
Featuring Barrett Nash. Performing at the 21st Annual FIT Festival July 12-August 3, 2019 at the Bath House Cultural Center https://festivalofindependenttheatres.org/
