Our story
Every year the softball team plays the first 1/4 of our season in Florida and each year the money demand per student-athlete grows. We are looking to help off-set the cost to play these games and give the students a great experience. This trip is a great kick off to our season, after spending 7 weeks inside for pre-season. It is a great culmination to begin our season and a great opportunity for our student-athletes to hit the field running, compete in practices, games, and team bonding experiences.
- During the 10 day trip, we play 12 Regular Season Games
- 10 days in sunny Clermont, Florida!
- Athletes stay in team houses allowing them to further bond and create a effective team culture.
- During off days athletes have the opportunity to explore - including stops at Disney Springs, Universal Studios City Walk, shopping, and much more.
Where will the money go?
Your gift will help offset costs for our trip, and enhance the experience for our Golden Bears.
- The money will help cover necessary expenses related to our trip- Flights, Houses, Meals, Transportation, Games, and regular game day costs.
- If there are extra funds, we will use the funds towards the more expensive items of our trip, including flights and team houses, and team meals.

- Travel (Team Vans) - $4,200
- Flights (Per-Athlete) - $449
- Team Breakfasts - $300
- Team Dinners - $500
- Baggage Fees - $200
