Our Project

We are 24 Textile Design students studying at the University of Brighton; specialising in Knit, Weave and Print. We have been offered an amazing opportunity to showcase at the well established New Designers in London. This event takes place in July and brings together creative graduates from UK universities. Here we can use this valuable opportunity to network with people in the industry, sell our work and potentially find career opportunities! On top of this we have the chance to win awards and be entered into competitions. The event is the first step in our careers and we would really love and appreciate your help and donations to get us there.

As it stands New Designers will go ahead as an in person show with social distancing. If the show can not take place the event will be moved online with a 65% discount. Any money you donate will be refunded back to you.  

How your donations will help

We are looking to raise £2000 which will contribute towards;

• Payment for our New Designers stall, furniture and fittings 
• Printing a show degree catalogue 
• Transport of furniture and fittings to New Designers
